Shipping Policy

Agritude Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Agritude”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates an online platform for wholesale trading of agricultural products within India. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered when placed through our website.

1. Shipping Coverage

• Agritude ships orders only within India.
• Delivery is available exclusively to Indian pin codes that are serviceable by our delivery partners at the time of order placement.
• Orders placed for non-serviceable pin codes may be cancelled, and the paid amount will be refunded as per our applicable refund policy.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders are processed only on working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, unforeseen operational delays, or force majeure events.

3. Packaging & Shipping Responsibility

• Agritude handles end-to-end packing and shipping of all confirmed orders.
• Products are repacked, sealed, and prepared for shipment after purchase to ensure appropriate handling and transportation.
• Once the order is handed over to the courier for delivery, shipping timelines are governed by logistics network availability and destination location.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery timelines are location-based and depend on the destination pin code.
• Estimated delivery duration may vary based on distance, accessibility, and logistics conditions.
• Agritude does not guarantee fixed delivery dates or times.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on factors such as order weight, volume, and delivery location.
• All shipping charges are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified under a promotional offer.

6. Delivery Conditions

• Orders are considered successfully delivered once the courier marks the shipment as “Delivered”.
• Agritude shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the buyer.
• Buyers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

• If a shipment is received in a damaged, tampered, or leaked condition, the buyer must notify Agritude within 12 hours of delivery.
• Buyers must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video as proof to support the claim.
• Failure to report within the stipulated time or failure to provide required proof may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Agritude’s responsibility for the shipment ends once the courier marks the order as “Delivered”.
• Any issues arising after delivery confirmation will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to internal verification.
